What this covers
How this group fits together
These are the services that appear on almost every job, in roughly this order: find the water, remove it, dry what is left, and deal with anything that grew while it sat.
Most losses need several of them rather than one. A burst supply line means extraction, then structural drying, and — if it ran long enough — mold remediation. A sewage backup starts as a contaminated-water cleanup and still ends in drying. Leak detection often comes first, because opening the right wall is cheaper than opening three.
You do not need to work out which you need before calling. Describe what you can see and we will scope it on site, free. What is worth knowing is that these are run by the same crew under one contract, so nobody hands you a dried-out property and a list of other trades to chase.
