Information you give us. When you submit the estimate or contact form we collect your name, phone number, email address, the service you selected, and anything you write in the message field. We collect this only because you chose to send it.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our host may record standard server log information such as IP address, browser type, referring page and the pages you visited. This is used for security and to understand which pages are useful.
Cookies and analytics. This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. If analytics or call-tracking is added in future, this policy will be updated before it goes live.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to:
- Respond to your request and provide a quote or schedule service
- Contact you by phone, text or email about the request you made
- Keep records of work performed and, where relevant, provide documentation to your insurance carrier at your direction

Data retention
We keep job records, documentation and communications for as long as needed to provide the service, meet insurance and licensing obligations, and comply with applicable law.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you specific rights over the personal information we hold about you.
The categories we collect. In the past twelve months we have collected identifiers (your name, phone number, email address and postal address), commercial information (the service you requested and any work performed), and internet or network activity (standard server log data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited). We do not collect sensitive personal information as that term is defined under California law, and we ask that you do not submit any through the website forms.
Where it comes from. Directly from you when you complete a form or call us, and automatically from your device when you browse the site.
Why we collect it. To respond to your request, provide and document the services you engage us for, communicate with you about that work, and meet our legal, licensing and insurance obligations. We disclose information to service providers only as needed for those purposes — for example a form or hosting provider — and under terms that restrict them to that use.
Your rights. You may:
- Know and access — request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and any parties we disclosed it to
- Delete — request deletion of personal information we have collected, subject to the exceptions the statute allows, such as records we must retain for legal, tax, insurance or warranty reasons
- Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months, so there is nothing to opt out of
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information — we do not collect it, so this right does not apply
- Non-discrimination — we will not deny service, charge a different price or provide a different quality of service because you exercised any of these rights
How to make a request. Call us at +1 (201) 277-9344 or write to us at the address below, stating which right you wish to exercise. We will verify your identity against the information we already hold before acting — typically the phone number or email address you used to contact us — and we will not use that verification information for any other purpose. An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission that we can verify.
Our response. We aim to confirm receipt within ten business days and to respond substantively within forty-five days. Where a request is complex we may extend that by a further forty-five days and will tell you if we do. There is no charge unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
Shine the Light. California Civil Code §1798.83 allows residents to request details of personal information disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not make such disclosures.
Global Privacy Control. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and does not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing for an opt-out preference signal to act on. If that ever changes, we will honour GPC signals and update this policy before the change goes live.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information submitted through this site. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
